Shipping and Returns E-mail




Orders are all shipped within 48 hours, but are usually sent the same day if the order is received and paid for by 1pm.  All of our orders are shipped via Australia Post from Brisbane, Australia and we use the most cost effective and traceable method per order.

For domestic orders, we use Parcel Post Plus satchels which are trackable, but if you would prefer the Registered Post option or Express Post, please click on the 'Postage Upgrade' link in the Shop menu to the left.


1-2 items: $8 (trackable Parcel Post)

3 or more items: $13 (trackable Parcel Post)

Signature on Delivery option (for Parcel Post only) $2.95 (includes $50 insurance)

Upgrade to Express Post for any number of items: $1.40

For international orders, we use padded postpaks to ensure secure and safe travel for your purchases.  We charge exact shipping costs based on weight and destination as we do not want to overcharge you.  Please This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it prior to placing an order for a shipping estimate, or select 'Rest of World' option upon checkout and we will contact you as soon as possible with the exact shipping charges. 

Please note that Nicobelle Design is not responsible for any import duties or taxes payable in your country upon receipt of the goods.

All items are beautifully packed and much care is taken to ensure that you receive your garments in the manner in which they were sent.  Once the parcel leaves our hands however, we cannot accept any responsibility for any loss or damage in the postal system. 


Returns and Exchanges

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchases. Every care is taken to ensure that you are receiving a quality handmade product, so if there is a problem, please contact us immediately to discuss your concerns.

Refunds or repairs will be provided for any faulty workmanship; please contact Nicobelle Design within 5 working days of order receipt to qualify for a refund, and we can discuss options. No refunds will be given if the goods were damaged during use, unless the damage is a direct result of faulty workmanship.

Prior to purchase, please check our Sizing Guide to ensure that our clothes will be a good fit. In cases of an incorrect fit, we will happily exchange the item(s), provided the desired size is still in stock. Please This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. All postage involved in the return and resending of goods will be at the customer’s expense and goods will only be accepted back into stock if they are received in perfect condition (unworn and with the swing tags still attached) within 10 working days of the order date.
